Wizard Energy is looking for a bilingual Representative, Sales to join our team located in Houston, TX.
This position will You will have the ability to receive and respond to inbound inquiries or sales opportunities for electric customers in a service-oriented environment. You will also be provided guidance to solicit and pursue your own sales opportunities through channels that include in-person, phone, email, and chat. Sales representatives also completes administrative functions and data entry.

To be successful in this role you will:
Respond to inquiries relating to electricity contracts via verbal and/or written communication. Issue contracts to establish electricity service. Work to resolve client concerns or service issues, perform account adjustments, and follows-up on customer contracts.
Your Background Should Include:
Requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a sales representative with an ability to present professionally and respectably with potential clients. Bilingual, Spanish/English, speaking ability is required for this position.
